The Junction at Iron Horse

Tucson Arizona is the second largest city in Arizona, a thriving community of more than 520,000 citizens and the county seat of Pima County.  The city is located at the base of the Catalina foothills.  It is the home to many beautiful resorts, acclaimed golf courses and the oldest university in Arizona - the University of Arizona. The University was established in 1885 as the state's land-grant University.  The enrollment has grown over the years to nearly 40,000 students pursuing 345 degrees.  The University is a member of the Pac 12 NCAA Conference and has some of the nations leading athletic programs.

The Junction at Iron Horse LLC was formed to redevelope a 2.38-acre site located 0.6 miles from the University of Arizona Campus and 0.1 mile from the 4th Avenue Business District, home to a majority of campus nightlife (The Wreck, O'Malley's, The Hut and others).  The Junction at Iron Horse is a 67 unit/202 bedroom transit-oriented development located only one block from the Tucson Modern Street Car.
